Lucio’s advising clients within the Consumer Goods, Fashion & Luxury and Digital industries on matters related to organization assessment and

management. Furthermore, he extends his expertise to assisting companies in

securing suitable leadership through executive and management search solutions. 

Lucio’s experience includes serving as COO in a global fashion company, as well as

holding the positions of HR Director and Head of Legal Affairs in a leading Italian

publishing company. In addition to his corporate roles, Lucio has also co-authored

several books in the field of business management.

Lucio holds a BA in Sociology, and postgraduate degrees in Organization & Strategic Management and Executive Education. His is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English.
