Francesco is actively involved in board advisory and international
consulting projects. He oversees critical work for major industrial clients and plays a key role in managing C-level relationships within large corporations and Private Equity Funds.
Francesco brings extensive leadership experience. His previous positions include CHRO for a workforce exceeding 15,000, as well as COO, Managing Director and CEO of both Italian headquarters and an Asian subsidiary for multinational organizations in the fashion and industrial sectors. Francesco career also includes successful acquisitions of brands and startups, as well as spearheading business and brand turnarounds.

Francesco holds a degree in law. He is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
