Edoardo has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He has gained more than ten years of experience in consulting firms on strategic projects both hands-on and as a team leader. His operational experience is focused on Digital, Fast Moving, Luxury & Fashion, both on Organisation, Recruiting and Talent Management. He has a solid experience in sourcing senior and executive talents on client facing roles and Staff functions such as Finance and HR. Edoardo leads Bell&Ruev's UK and USA markets.
